Our client is a small to medium-sized conveyancing firm based in Adelaide with a team of six staff members, and the capacity to handle 15-20 jobs per month. They provide services to both commercial and residential clients in Adelaide and the surrounding suburbs.

THE PROBLEM

The client approached us to help increase their visibility on Google, as their rankings weren’t doing well in search results and they weren’t getting enough leads. They hadn’t previously worked with a marketing company and were primarily focused on social media. However, they realised that SEO was necessary to improve their search visibility and generate more leads.

THE STRATEGY

The proposed strategy to improve the client’s online presence included SEO with a focus on 8 targeted keywords, which expanded to 13 to isolate smaller service areas and improve the conversion rate. We also rebuilt the client’s website and intend to update it again shortly as their business is moving offices. Hosting is also managed by us to ensure optimal functionality.

THE OUTCOME

Through our SEO campaign, we were able to achieve impressive results for our conveyancing client. We increased their Google ranking by 376 positions, resulting in a 100% increase in website traffic over four years, with a total of 14,759 visits. Furthermore, the client saw a 65% increase in conversions through SEO, totalling 279 conversions over 4 years, and is now booked out for the next 6 months.
